About the Winery
Marino Lanzini is a young vigneron who founded his winery in 2015 in Ponte in Valtellina, continuing a family tradition of farming and vine growing on the terraced hillsides of the Rhaetian side of middle Valtellina. He cultivates approximately two hectares of Nebbiolo (locally called Chiavennasca) across the municipalities of Ponte, Tresivio, and Castionetto di Chiuro, vinifying with craftsmanship in oak and chestnut vats. His small production of Rosso di Valtellina and Valtellina Superiore DOCG wines reflects a deep respect for family heritage, minimal intervention, and the unique character of each vintage.
