La Rocchetta di Mondondone is an organic winery and agriturismo in Codevilla, in the Oltrepò Pavese, founded by Stefano Banfi as the realization of a lifelong dream to live among ancient vines on a peaceful hillside. The estate produces artisanal organic wines through spontaneous fermentation, cultivating resilient old vines with respect and minimal intervention.
