About the Winery

La Casaia was founded in 2017 in Santa Giuletta, in the Oltrepò Pavese region, by Roberto and Vittorio as an offshoot of the Lozza company, with a focus on organic viticulture and the expression of local terroir. Located on the 45th parallel, a latitude ideal for Pinot Noir, the estate has made this grape their signature, vinifying it in red, white, rosé, and traditional method sparkling versions alongside Bonarda and other Oltrepò classics. Their motto, 'We make wine with calm, because only then does it become special,' embodies their patient, quality-driven approach to winemaking.
