About the Winery

I Germogli is an agricultural estate in San Colombano al Lambro, in the province of Milan, founded in 2004 by Giancarlo Tosi, who produces wine and honey with a deep passion for nature and the environment. The estate's vineyards lie on hills of Miocenic origin, where the winery cultivates grapes using organic methods, crafting wines including Merlot and blends aged in terracotta amphora and large oak. With beehives positioned alongside the vineyards to support biodiversity, I Germogli embodies a holistic approach to agriculture as a true 'Wine Artisan,' overseeing every phase from vine to bottle.
