About the Winery

Cà Maiol was founded in 1967 by Walter Contado in Desenzano del Garda and has grown to encompass 119 hectares of vineyards, becoming one of the most iconic wineries on the southern shores of Lake Garda. The estate produces acclaimed Lugana DOC wines from the indigenous Turbiana grape, alongside Garda DOC and Valtènesi wines, with a strong focus on sustainability and Biodiversity Friend certification. Cà Maiol combines tradition and innovation, offering visitors memorable tasting experiences in a breathtaking lakeside landscape.
