Cantine Cavallotti, founded in 1944 by Ferdinando Cavallotti, is a historic estate in Cigognola, Oltrepò Pavese, now run by the third generation Elena and Cesare. The 6-hectare estate in Valle Scuropasso produces approximately 70,000-126,000 bottles annually, specializing in Bonarda and Pinot Noir, including Metodo Classico sparkling wines and the acclaimed Nerot red, guided by enologists Elena Cavallotti and Claudio Colombi.
