About the Winery
Azienda Vitivinicola Medolago Albani, founded in 1948, is a historic estate in Trescore Balneario, Bergamo province, on the Redona hills at the entrance to Valle Cavallina. The 23-hectare vineyard, set around a 16th-century chapel and 18th-century villa, produces 300,000 bottles of Valcalepio DOC wines annually, and is notable for preserving a precious 1536 painting attributed to the school of Renaissance master Lorenzo Lotto.
