About the Winery

Pian della Chiesa is an organic estate in Lerici, within the Montemarcello Natural Park, founded by Ottavio Muzi Falconi and Margot Jacini who left London in 2005 to restore abandoned land. Their three south-facing vineyards at 350 meters, planted with Syrah, Merlot, Massaretta, and Cabernet Franc, have been certified organic since 2020, producing about 4,000 bottles annually in a restored underground cellar.
