About the Winery
Il Mulino di Barry was officially founded in 2019 by Marco and Barbara Baratta in Castiglione Chiavarese, though its roots trace back to Marco's 94-year-old grandfather Beppin and the family mill from the early 1900s. On 5 hectares of steep terraces between 250 and 500 meters elevation, the estate practices heroic viticulture with native varieties including Bianchetta Genovese, Vermentino, and Ciliegiolo, producing about 8,000 bottles annually.
