Stefanoni is a family winery in Montefiascone, northern Lazio, with a history dating back to the 1950s, now run by Stefano Stefanoni and his son Francesco. The estate focuses on native varieties including Roscetto and cultivates an experimental vineyard in collaboration with the University of Perugia, producing just 2,500 bottles of classic method sparkling wine aged 24 months, alongside their acclaimed Fanum red blend.
