Palazzo Prossedi is a historic winery in the medieval village of Prossedi, in the province of Latina, Lazio, with winemaking roots dating back to the 1700s. Owned by Arianna De Rosa since 1998, the estate produces unique wines including Altaica from rare Canaiolo Bianco and Sterparo from Sangiovese, Barbera, and Merlot, with vineyards situated in the valley of the Amaseno River.
