About the Winery

Icaro is a collaborative natural wine project by four friends - Rocco Caroselli, Luca Di Marzio, Gianmarco Diorio, and Fabio Gentile - in the Castelli Romani area of Lazio. Their mission is to rediscover and celebrate the volcanic terroir of the Roman Castles through wines made from indigenous varieties like Trebbiano, Malvasia di Candia, and Nero Buono, using organic farming and minimal intervention.
