I Ciacca is an organic family winery in Picinisco, in the Val di Comino area of Lazio near the Abruzzo National Park, restored after being abandoned for over 50 years. The estate specializes in the rare indigenous Maturano grape, producing wines that have gained international recognition, and welcomes visitors with a restored 'albergo diffuso' and cooking school in the medieval village.
