About the Winery

Fontana Candida is the most renowned producer of Frascati in Lazio, with its name synonymous with this celebrated white wine worldwide for over sixty years. Based on the Fontana Candida hill where the Roman poet Horace's villa once stood, the winery manages approximately 214 hectares of vineyards planted to Malvasia Bianca di Candia, Malvasia del Lazio, Trebbiano Toscano, and Trebbiano Giallo in the heart of the Frascati DOC district.
