About the Winery

Emiliano Fini is a small family estate of 10 hectares at the base of the volcanic Castelli Romani, founded in 1988 by Anacleto Fini and now producing approximately 6,000 bottles annually. The winery focuses on expressing the volcanic terroir through indigenous white varieties Grechetto and Malvasia Puntinata, with natural fermentations guided by oenologist Letizia Rocchi.
