About the Winery
D.S. bio is a certified organic and biodynamic winery founded in 2012 by Danilo Scenna in Pescosolido, at 630 meters above sea level on the Lazio side of the Abruzzo National Park. The estate cultivates 3.5 hectares of native vines including Maturano, Lecinaro, Pampanaro, and Uva Giulia across 11 small vineyard plots, using horses for most vineyard work and following lunar phases for all cellar operations.
