About the Winery

Colacicchi is a historic winery in Anagni, Lazio, where composer Luigi Colacicchi began improving the quality of his estate's wines in the 1940s by importing Bordeaux cuttings. The property was later acquired by the Trimani family in the 1990s, and production resumed in 2014 with six hectares southeast of Anagni's historic center, creating wines that express the volcanic sub-Apennine terroir of the Sacco River valley.
