Castello di Torre in Pietra is a certified organic estate near Rome with a winemaking history dating back to the 1500s, when its former owner was Pope Sixtus V. Today, the Antonelli family produces 11 different wines from 50 hectares of organic vineyards near the Tyrrhenian coast, cultivating both indigenous varieties like Cesanese, Malvasia Puntinata, and Fiano, and international grapes.
