Azienda Agricola Capizucchi is a young organic winery founded in 2014 on a historic 17th-century estate in Montecompatri and the Agro Romano area south of Rome. The 25-hectare estate produces wines from native varieties including Malvasia Puntinata, Cesanese, Chardonnay, and Merlot, focusing on spontaneous fermentation and minimal intervention winemaking.
