Azienda Agricola La Visciola is a small, family-run estate in Piglio, southern Lazio, owned and operated by Piero Macciocca with his wife Rosa and daughters Cecilia and Elisia. The 4.5-hectare domaine is farmed biodynamically and produces highly acclaimed Cesanese del Piglio DOCG wines from 60+ year-old vines, recognized by Decanter as the standard-bearer for the region.
