About the Winery

Spumanti Ress is a family winery in San Michele all'Adige, Trentino, producing Trentodoc sparkling wines in Brut, Rosé, and Riserva versions from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. Viticulturists since the mid-1900s, the family crafts their metodo classico wines in a unique cellar formed from a cave carved into rock that served as a refuge during World War I, providing an ideal environment for sparkling wine production with constant temperature. Their wines are aged on the lees for at least 30 months, resulting in fine perlage, elegant structure, and aromas of white fruit, apple, and citrus.
