About the Winery

With a winemaking tradition dating back to 1885 in the Austro-Hungarian era, the Rossi family winery in Bajkini, Vižinada, has been passed down through five generations and now spans over 18 hectares of vineyards. Today run by brothers Luka, Marko, and Filip, the estate produces DOC wines including Malvazija Istarska, aged Malvazija Templara, Chardonnay, and Bordeaux-style reds, alongside an acclaimed range of spirits such as gin, grappa, and the aged Šovran brandy.
