About the Winery

Founded in 2012 by oenologist Josip Franković in the Santa Lucia locality near Buje in northwestern Istria, Vina Franković cultivates 15 hectares of vineyards on prized white Istrian soil rich in limestone and clay. The winery focuses on indigenous varieties including Malvazija Istriana and Teran, alongside Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon, and features a restaurant, wine shop, and accommodation for a complete eno-gastronomic experience.
