About the Winery

Raccaro is a historic winery in Cormons, in the Collio DOC zone of Friuli-Venezia Giulia, located on the easternmost hills near the Slovenian border on land that was once at the edge of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. The estate crafts wines from vineyards on the region's iconic ponca soils, producing elegant and complex whites that capture the unique character of this borderland terroir between the Julian Alps and the Adriatic Sea.
