About the Winery

Villa Vasi is an estate of approximately 20 hectares near San Mauro di Gorizia, on the border with Slovenia, where Gianluca Pellizzon and Tina Mihelj produce wines from vineyards spanning the Collio DOC and Friuli Isonzo DOC zones. Founded officially in 2016 but rooted in generations of family viticulture, the winery crafts seven labels including their acclaimed Somnija Malvasia and Pinot Grigio Amorus from a historic former Austrian military outpost converted into their cellar, between stainless steel tanks, barriques, and tonneaux.
