About the Winery

Vigneti Pietro Pittaro is a historic winery in Codroipo, in the heart of Friuli Grave, founded by Piero Pittaro in the 1970s on land that was formerly German military airfields, now encompassing nearly 90 hectares of vineyards. The Pittaro family, with four centuries of winemaking history behind them, is considered a pioneer of Friulian sparkling wine with their Talento Metodo Classico line representing the core business, alongside still whites and reds, and the estate was notably left in inheritance to its most cherished employees upon Piero Pittaro's passing in 2024.
