Vigne della Cerva is a small winery in the Collio of Friuli Venezia Giulia, founded by Edoardo Caprara with a singular vision: to tell the story of Collio through just one wine made exclusively from indigenous grape varieties. The estate cultivates only autochthonous vines with passion and respect for the land, working with authenticity and balance to create a wine that is both memory of the past and a look toward the future.
