About the Winery

Vie d'Alt is a historic family winery in Prepotto, in the Colli Orientali del Friuli DOC, founded in 1915 by Antonio Venica and now in its fourth generation under Bruno Venica, his wife Paola, and their daughters Nadia, Mara, and Giulia. The estate's 18 hectares produce a diverse range including whites from Friulano, Ribolla Gialla, Pinot Grigio, and Sauvignon, and reds including Schioppettino di Prepotto, Pignolo, and Refosco, with a commitment to sustainable practices, manual harvesting, and photovoltaic energy since 2009.
