About the Winery

Tenuta Stella is located in Scriò, Dolegna del Collio, in the highest part of the Collio hills, founded in 2009 by Sergio Stevanato and managed by Erika Barbieri with a focus on indigenous Friulian varieties and organic farming certified since 2016. The estate's steep, terraced vineyards on ponca soils emphasize low yields (almost half the Collio DOC maximum), solar energy, and biodiversity through the DiversityArk certification, producing wines including Ribolla Gialla, Friulano, Malvasia Istriana, and skin-contact riserve that express each slope's unique microclimate.
