About the Winery

Sara & Sara is a certified organic winery in Savorgnano del Torre, in the Colli Orientali del Friuli, founded in the 1930s as a family-run mixed farm with the first labeled bottle dating to 1978. Today managed by brothers Alessandro and Manuele Sara (fourth generation), the estate cultivates about 10 hectares focused on autochthonous varieties including Friulano, Ribolla Gialla, Refosco dal peduncolo rosso, Picolit, and Schioppettino, using traditional, non-invasive vinification methods.
