Sant’Elena
About the Winery
Sant'Elena Winery was founded in 1893 by the Klodic family in the Friuli Isonzo zone, and after decades of history including a complete conversion to vineyard production in the 1960s, was acquired by Dominic Nocerino in the mid-1990s and steered toward organic production by winemaker Vincenzo Mercurio from 2015. The winery produces elegant, complex wines from varieties including Friulano, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet, and the indigenous Pignolo, expressing the unique character of the Isonzo terroir.
