About the Winery

San Simone is a historic family winery founded in 1915 by Gino Brisotto in Porcia, at the western edge of the Friuli Grave DOC zone, and is now managed by the fourth generation of the Brisotto family. With 65 hectares of sustainable vineyards across Friuli Grave and Prosecco DOC areas, the winery produces a diverse range including Pinot Grigio, Friulano, Refosco, Merlot, and sparkling wines under their 'Project Green' environmental initiative.
