About the Winery

Ronco del Gelso is a family estate in Cormons managed by Giorgio Badin, whose first bottling in 1988 has grown from 3,000 bottles to 150,000 bottles today across 25 hectares in the Isonzo DOC zone. The winery is recognized for producing rich, opulent whites including Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, and Friulano from the 'Rive Alte' area along the Isonzo river, pioneering a style of full-bodied, complex wines that has elevated the reputation of the Isonzo denomination.
