About the Winery

Rodaro Paolo Winery traces its documented history back to 1846 in the hills of Friuli, near the Slovenian border, where today it manages 68 hectares across the region's most important DOCs including Collio and Colli Orientali. Under Paolo Rodaro's leadership, the winery has become one of the most dynamic in Friuli, committed to sustainability with SQNPI certification and solar-powered facilities while producing wines from native varieties like Friulano and Picolit.
