Isidoro Polencic is a three-generation family winery located in Plessiva, a locality in the municipality of Cormons along the border with Slovenia, surrounded by panoramic vineyards in the Collio DOC. The estate produces a comprehensive range of wines including Pinot Grigio, Friulano, Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Ribolla Gialla, Pinot Bianco, Malvasia, Pinot Nero, and Merlot, with vinification focused on preserving the typicity and characteristics of each grape variety through careful vineyard management and respectful cellar practices.
