About the Winery

Paolo Caccese Winery was founded in 1954 when engineer Francesco Caccese purchased two and a half hectares in Pradis, in the heart of the Collio DOC, and was expanded in the 1990s by Paolo and his wife Veronica. Today the estate spans six hectares across three hills, producing twelve wines with a pure, mineral-driven style from varieties including Friulano, Pinot Bianco, Traminer, Sauvignon, Malvasia, and Riesling, alongside the acclaimed sweet wine 'La Veronica' made from dried Verduzzo and Malvasia grapes, with a strong commitment to eco-sustainability including photovoltaic energy and rainwater recovery.
