About the Winery

Humar Vini is a family winery in Valerisce di San Floriano, in the heart of the Collio DOC, with origins dating back to the late 19th century and formal establishment by Antonio Humar in the early 1900s. Now managed by Dario Humar alongside his parents Marino and Nataša, the estate cultivates 12 hectares of vineyards on the gentle marl hills between the Julian Alps and the Adriatic Sea, producing wines from Pinot Bianco, Ribolla Gialla, Friulano, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Pinot Nero.
