Ferlat

About the Winery

Ferlat is a family-owned winery founded in 1950 in Cormons, in the eastern part of Friuli Venezia Giulia, now run by Moreno Ferlat and Federica Tabacchi. The estate manages seven and a half hectares of certified organic vineyards in the Friuli Isonzo DOC, producing wines with a strong, recognizable identity through indigenous yeast fermentation and traditional skin-contact winemaking from varieties including Friulano, Ribolla Gialla, Malvasia Istriana, Pinot Grigio, and Sauvignon.
