About the Winery

Bortolusso Cav. Emiro is a historic family winery in Carlino in the Friuli Annia DOC area near the Marano Lagunare lagoon, founded by Cav. Emiro Bortolusso and now run by his children Sergio and Clara. The estate's 45 hectares of vineyards extend into a unique landscape where the lagoon influences the climate, creating wines with a distinctive character shaped by the sea breeze and high salinity waters, producing Friulano, Ribolla Gialla, Pinot Grigio, Malvasia, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Schioppettino, and Franconia.
