Ghedini Societa Agricola, also known as Il Primo Fiore, is an agriturismo and winery in Valsamoggia on the Bologna hills, between Bologna and Modena. The estate produces its own wines alongside typical Bolognese cuisine featuring tigelle, crescentine, local cheeses and cured meats, fresh pasta, and homemade desserts, offering a panoramic and tranquil setting that celebrates the food and wine traditions of the Bologna hills.
