Zavalloni Stefano is a six-generation family wine estate located in Madonna dell'Olivo near Cesena, in the Romagna region of Emilia-Romagna, cultivating 11 hectares of hillside vineyards between the Adriatic coast and the Apennine foothills. The estate specializes in native Romagna varieties including Sangiovese di Romagna DOC, Albana DOCG, Trebbiano, and Famoso, practicing artisanal low-intervention winemaking with spontaneous fermentation and gentle aging to produce fresh, honest wines that embody the generous spirit of Romagna.
