Uccellaia is a winery located in the hills of Piacenza, in the Colli Piacentini wine-producing area of Emilia-Romagna, in the frazione Albarola of Vigolzone. The estate produces a range of wines including their flagship 'Inventato' Rosso Emilia IGT, a blend of Merlot and Barbera aged twelve months in French oak barriques, expressing the character of eastern-exposed vineyards planted at 5,000 vines per hectare.
