About the Winery
Tenuta Franzona is an organic winery with 19 hectares of vineyards on the hills of Imola, in the heart of Emilia-Romagna, at an altitude of 125 meters above sea level. Founded in 1964 by Aldo Carati and developed since the late 1960s with nephew Gilberto Lanzoni, the estate has practiced organic agriculture since the mid-1990s, producing sustainable wines that honor the land between Emilia and Romagna.
