TENUTA BORRI
Località Margherita Pillori, snc, 29020 - Travo (PC) - Emilia-Romagna
About the Winery
Situated in Travo in the Val Trebbia in the Colli Piacentini, Tenuta Borri is a historic estate owned by the Borri family for at least five generations, now managed by agronomist Andrea Pradelli. After completely renewing the vineyards in 2008 following disease damage, the estate now cultivates 5 hectares at 400-700 meters elevation on calcareous-marly soils, producing approximately 15,000 bottles of white wines from Ortrugo, Malvasia, and Sauvignon, and red wines from Barbera, Croatina, and Ervi using spontaneous fermentation and indigenous yeasts.
