Their vineyards in Saliceto Buzzalino and the Albone area are trained in Guyot and spurred cordon on alluvial soils, where they grow Lambrusco Sorbara, Lambrusco Salamino, Trebbiano Modenese, and Malbo Gentile, vinifying in small cement and stainless steel tanks.
