About the Winery
Located in Bacedasco Alto in the municipality of Vernasca in the upper Val d'Arda, Podere Pavolini has been cultivating vineyards for three generations, currently led by Graziano Terzoni. The estate covers nearly 5 hectares at 200-250 meters elevation on slopes of 5-12%, producing approximately 30,000 bottles annually including 20,000 of Metodo Classico sparkling wines from indigenous varieties like Malvasia di Candia Aromatica, Ortrugo, and Fortana, alongside Pinot Noir.
