About the Winery

Located on the historic Pandolfa estate in Fiumana di Predappio in the Valle del Rabbi, Noelia Ricci was founded in 2010 and named after Noelia Ricci, who first planted vineyards in the 1970s. The estate now spans 9 hectares on calcareous clay soils at 200-340 meters elevation, specializing exclusively in indigenous Sangiovese and Trebbiano varieties, with current winemaker Marco Cirese converting the vineyards to organic farming since 2018.
