Located in Imola in the province of Bologna, Merlotta is a family winery (Società Agricola di Minzolini Paolo & C.) producing wines from the Colline Romagnole area. Their estate produces approximately 400,000 bottles annually under the guidance of winemaker Fabio Minzolini, crafting wines that express the character of the Imola hills.
