About the Winery

Founded in 1964 in Vigarano Mainarda in the province of Ferrara, Mattarelli Vini is a four-generation family winery producing wines of the Bosco Eliceo DOC, particularly from the indigenous Fortana grape. They cultivate 15 hectares of vineyards along the Po river valley to the Adriatic Sea, producing approximately 350,000 bottles annually of still, sparkling, and organic wines from sandy coastal soils.
