About the Winery
Located on Bella Vista Hill in Zola Predosa in the Colli Bolognesi, Manaresi is an estate founded in 1986 by the Agostoni-Manaresi family, now run by Donatella Agostoni and Fabio Bottonelli. The winery spans 13 hectares of organically farmed vineyards and produces approximately 50,000 bottles annually, with a special focus on the indigenous Pignoletto (Grechetto Gentile) grape for their DOCG Colli Bolognesi Pignoletto wines, alongside Cabernet Sauvignon, Barbera, Merlot, and Sauvignon Blanc.
